A North Wales housing association has celebrated the achievements of its staff.

ClwydAlyn, one of the region's largest housing associations, held its annual staff recognition event at the Llys Raddington independent living scheme in Flint.

The event was an opportunity for the association to highlight the dedication, hard work, and achievements of its staff.

The day began with a presentation of qualifications and awards, followed by an afternoon tea provided by the Old Courthouse Café in Flint.

Clare Budden, ClwydAlyn's chief executive officer, said: "We recognise that the completion of professional qualifications and studying whilst balancing work and home life requires real commitment.

"It is truly inspiring to hear about the range of skills which are being developed across our organisation, by our colleagues who are keen to not only advance their own abilities but also provide a high quality of service for our residents.

"Thanks to everyone who worked so hard on their learning and development to strengthen our organisation."
