Recently, the reality star revealed she had suffered a miscarriage earlier this year after she had been trying for a baby with footballer ex-boyfriend Jordan Clarke, 25.
At her 12-week scan, doctors told her she had suffered a so-called missed miscarriage - where her baby had died, but that her body hadn't acknowledged the passing and continued to carry on as she was.
Reflecting on the distressing period of her life, Chloe confessed that the tragedy left her with severe anxiety and stress which caused her to lose nearly two stone.

Speaking to The Sun, the Ex On The Beach star - who now weighs seven stone six -admitted she has been left on the verge of tears everytime she hears about her friends' expecting the pitter-patter of tiny feet following her upsetting ordeal.
She told the publication: 'I have never thought in a million years that I would go through something so difficult in my life, especially when all my friends are at that age where they are giving birth or announcing that they are pregnant.
'It’s the hardest thing to try and be like ‘congratulations’ without wanting to break down in tears.'
While admitting that 2017 hasn't been her year, Chloe explained that her anxiety has got so debilitating that sometimes she'll wake up and 'want to be physically sick'.
Honest: Speaking to The Sun, the Ex On The Beach star admitted she has been left on the verge of tears everytime she hears about her friends' expecting the pitter-patter of tiny feet following her upsetting ordeal
The stress poignantly became unbearable on October 26th, the date which her baby was due, and also began manifesting following the breakdown of her relationship to Jordan.
She explained: 'I lost it in April and it was due on the 26th October. That day was absolute hell, I just tried to keep myself busy as much as I could. What’s really sad is I went through the miscarriage and then literally, just really shortly afterwards was the complete and utter break down of my relationship.'
Touching up her relationship, Chloe admitted she ended her romance with sports star Jordan 'after he did something she could not forgive' but insisted that his support got her through her tragic miscarriage.
Last month, Chloe spoke to Reveal magazine about her miscarriage, revealing the distressing moments after she took medication to help pass her deceased child.
She recalled to Reveal magazine that she began to bleed whilst on the road, and that, despite being told it would be like having a period, it was far more frightening.

'I pulled onto the hard shoulder. But I was nowhere near a service station so I just walked up the embankment into a forest area and took off all my clothes from the bottom down.
'I just sat there, covered in twigs and absolute c**p. It was that heavy. It was awful. I was so upset because I thought I'd lost my baby up there on the motorway...
'I carried on having contractions and finally lost my baby two days later.'
As her due date would have been October 26, Chloe has spoken about how she'd like to help other women going through the same trauma.
She and boyfriend Jordan split three months ago, despite being together on and off for four years; but she retains that he was there for her when it happened and that they are still close.
He came to her rescue on the motorway when she called him as it happened - carrying her back out of the woods and to her car.
