Iwona Skalska, who has more than 20 years of professional experience in commercial real estate marketing and PR, will head the marketing department of Cresa Poland. Together with her team, she will be responsible for launching the US brand Cresa on the Polish market, development and execution of a successful marketing strategy and supporting all the operational departments.
“Cresa provides services exclusively to tenants, effectively avoiding the risk of conflicts of interest in relationships with clients. It is a brand new standard on the Polish real estate market. We guarantee unbiased and objective tenant representation and, having no contractual obligations with landlords, we have the freedom to negotiate more aggressively on behalf of our clients. This translates into consistent savings to tenants,” said Skalska.
Skalska has worked in the real estate market since 1996. She began her professional career with Healey & Baker, later acquired by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, where she served as Head of Marketing for Central and Eastern Europe, successfully leading also her marketing team in Poland. She was responsible for Cushman & Wakefield’s PR and marketing activities and its three rebrandings on the Polish market. She is a graduate of Warsaw University and completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics and the Warsaw University of Technology. Iwona is also a licensed real estate manager.
Cresa, based in Washington DC, is the world's largest tenant-only commercial real estate firm. In representing tenants exclusively – no landlords or developers – Cresa provides unbiased, conflict-free advice. Its integrated services cover every aspect of a real estate assignment, including strategic planning, employee demographics, workplace strategy, site selection, incentives negotiation, market research, transaction management, project financing, project management, portfolio management, and relocation services. Cresa offers clients customized solutions worldwide through more than 60 global offices.
